How to Spray Perfume on Clothes Without Stains

1. Test on hidden fabric first. Spray a small amount on an inside seam or hem. Wait 10 minutes to check for discoloration or oil marks. Dark fabrics and silk are most vulnerable.
2. Choose the right distance. Hold the bottle 6-8 inches from fabric. Closer creates concentrated drops that stain. Further creates better dispersion but wastes product.
3. Target safe zones. Spray the inside of cuffs, collar backs, or jacket linings. These areas get body heat activation without visible stain risk if something goes wrong.
4. Use the mist technique. Press and release quickly for a fine mist rather than holding down. Multiple light layers beat one heavy application every time.
