How to Wear Vetiver

Vetiver works best applied sparingly to pulse points, layered strategically, and worn when you want to project quiet confidence.

Vetiver is power perfumery for people who understand that the best luxury whispers instead of shouting.

  1. Choose your application points. Apply vetiver to wrists, behind ears, and the hollow of your throat. These warm spots will amplify the earthy, woody notes without overwhelming. Skip the chest if you're layering with other scents.
  2. Time it right. Spray vetiver 15 minutes before you need it to perform. The initial green sharpness needs time to settle into its signature smoky-sweet drydown. This isn't a grab-and-go fragrance.
  3. Layer strategically. Start with an unscented moisturizer on pulse points, then apply vetiver. The oil in your skin will hold the scent longer and prevent it from turning too dry or medicinal on you.
  4. Control the intensity. One spray on each wrist, rub together gently, then dab behind ears. Vetiver amplifies in heat and humidity, so less is more in warm weather or close quarters.
