Editor's note
The lob sits in the territory between shoulder and chin — roughly collarbone length. It handles more textures than a bob and has more shape than shoulder-length hair. The great middle ground.
Lob variations
- Blunt lob — clean weight line, maximum polish
- Layered lob — movement and reduced bulk
- Textured lob — point-cut ends, beachy and low-effort
- Shaggy lob — heavy layering, high texture
- Lob with fringe — curtain, blunt, or wispy
