The Three-Product Routine

Complexity in a routine does not equate to efficacy. Most skin maintenance requires little more than the removal of environmental debris and the application of surface-level hydration and shielding.

A three-product routine focuses on the fundamentals. By pairing a cleanser, a moisturizer, and a broad-spectrum sunscreen, you address the primary requirements for daily skin health.

  1. Cleanse the surface. Apply a mild, water-soluble cleanser to dampened skin. Use your fingertips to work the product in small, circular motions for one full minute. This duration ensures the removal of surface dirt and pollutants without disrupting the lipid barrier. Rinse thoroughly with tepid water and pat dry with a clean towel.
  2. Apply moisture. While the skin remains slightly damp, apply a pea-sized amount of moisturizer. Distribute the product evenly across the face and neck using upward strokes. This seals in hydration and supports the structural integrity of the skin surface.
  3. Shield the skin. Apply a generous layer of broad-spectrum sunscreen as the final step in the morning. Ensure full coverage over all exposed areas including the ears and the back of the neck. Allow the film to set for one minute before proceeding with your day.
  4. The evening reset. Repeat the cleansing step in the evening to remove the day's accumulation of sunscreen and environmental particles. If you feel tight or dry, apply your moisturizer again. Do not apply sunscreen at night.
Consistency is the primary driver of skin health, not product volume.
