How to Do an Egg Hair Mask

- Prep the mask. Crack one whole egg into a bowl and beat until smooth. For dry hair, add a tablespoon of olive oil. For oily hair, use just the egg white.
- Apply to damp hair. Work the mixture through towel-dried hair from mid-length to ends, avoiding the scalp. Use a wide-tooth comb to distribute evenly.
- Time and rinse. Cover with a shower cap and wait 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cool water first, then shampoo once to remove any residue.
