How to Do a Half-Up Claw Clip Twist
Twist both sides of your hair back, secure where they meet with a claw clip.
- Section your hair. Part your hair down the middle or wherever it falls naturally. Take a section from each temple, about two inches wide, starting from your hairline.
- Create the twists. Twist each section away from your face, keeping the tension firm but not tight. The twists should sit above your ears and follow your head's curve.
- Bring them together. Pull both twists to meet at the crown of your head. Hold them together with one hand while you position the claw clip with the other.
- Secure with the clip. Open your claw clip and catch both twists in the center. Close the clip so it sits horizontally across the back of your head, with the opening facing down.
