1. Start with the right hair state. Use on clean, slightly damp or completely dry hair. Never brush soaking wet hair as it stretches and breaks easily.
2. Section your hair. Divide hair into manageable sections, starting at the back and working forward. This ensures even distribution of natural oils.
3. Brush from root to tip. Place brush at the scalp and pull through to ends with firm, consistent pressure. The bristles need contact with your scalp to pick up oils and distribute them down the hair shaft.
