How to Create a Copper Eyeshadow Look

Build warmth gradually from lid to crease using copper shades, then define with deeper bronze in the outer corner.

  1. Prime and set the base. Apply eyeshadow primer from lash line to brow bone. Set with a neutral matte shade close to your skin tone to prevent fallout and ensure smooth blending.
  2. Place the main copper shade. Pat copper eyeshadow across the mobile lid using a flat shader brush. Build coverage in thin layers rather than packing on product all at once.
  3. Warm the crease. Use a fluffy blending brush to sweep a warm bronze or burnt orange shade through the crease. Keep the motion light and circular, building gradually.
  4. Deepen the outer corner. Apply a deeper bronze or chocolate brown to the outer V using a smaller, denser brush. Blend the edges but keep the deepest color concentrated in that corner.
  5. Highlight and line. Add a champagne or golden highlight to the inner corner and under the brow bone. Finish with brown or bronze liner along the upper lash line.
