Brunch Makeup That Looks Like You Slept Well
Brunch makeup should look effortless — fresh skin, defined brows, and one standout feature that doesn't compete with your mimosa glow.
- Perfect the base. Skip foundation for tinted moisturizer or skin tint with SPF. Your goal is skin that looks like skin, just better. Spot-conceal only where you need it — under eyes and any real blemishes.
- Define without drama. Brush brows into place with a spoolie and fill sparse spots with powder, not pencil. Keep the shape natural. Add cream blush to the apples of your cheeks and blend upward — cream looks like it's coming from within.
- Choose your moment. Pick either eyes or lips, never both. For eyes: sweep neutral shadow across lids, add mascara to upper lashes only, skip liner. For lips: apply a tinted balm or sheer lipstick that won't transfer to your coffee cup.
- Set selectively. Dust translucent powder only where you get oily — usually T-zone. Everywhere else should stay dewy. Finish with a light mist of setting spray if your brunch involves outdoor seating.
