DIY Yogurt Face Mask

Mix plain full-fat yogurt with honey for a gentle hydrating mask that works in 15 minutes.

  1. Choose your yogurt. Use plain, full-fat Greek yogurt without any additives or flavors. The lactic acid gently exfoliates while fats provide moisture.
  2. Add honey. Mix one tablespoon yogurt with half a teaspoon raw honey. Honey acts as a humectant, drawing moisture to your skin.
  3. Apply evenly. Spread the mixture across clean skin, avoiding the eye area. Use upward motions and apply a medium layer.
