The Only 3-Step Skincare Routine You Need
Cleanse, moisturize, protect — everything else is optional.
- Cleanse without stripping. Use a gentle cleanser that removes dirt without making your skin feel tight. Oil cleansers work for everyone, even oily skin. Massage for thirty seconds, rinse with lukewarm water.
- Moisturize while damp. Apply moisturizer to slightly damp skin to lock in hydration. Choose a formula that feels comfortable — lightweight gel for oily skin, richer cream for dry. Your skin should feel soft, not greasy or tight.
- Protect during the day. Morning only: apply SPF 30 or higher as your final step. Reapply every two hours if you're outside. Skip this step at night and let your skin repair itself.
